Melissa Deese – General Manager

Melissa was born in Gainesville and moved to Jacksonville to attend college at the University of North Florida where she graduated in August 2004 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Majored in Banking and Finance. Melissa started out working the Front Desk at the Ponte Vedra Spa in August 2001 and was promoted to Spa Manager in November 2004. She has been General Manager of the Spa since September 2006.

Carlita Brown – Assistant Manager

Carlita was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and she is a wife and a mother of one. Carlita started working at the Front Desk at the Ponte Vedra Spa in January 2005 and transferred to The Spa at Bartram Walk in May 2006. “I absolutely love my job.”

Aesthetician & Nail Technicians

Mary Daley – Available Days (Wed, Thurs, Friday)

Mary was born in Pittsburgh, PA and has lived in Jacksonville for the past 21 years. Mary has been specializing in skin care and nails for 22 years. Mary is also certified in Laser Dermology with the Tri-Active System.

Briana Costa – Available Days (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday, Saturday)

Briana is a Jacksonville native who has specialized in services of the skin for 3 ½ years and nails for 6 years.

Amber Tucker – Available Days (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday, Saturday)

Amber is a Jacksonville native who specializes in services of the skin and nails. She received her license from The North Florida Institute and has been practicing for 4 years.

Martine Wilson – Available Days (Saturday and Sunday)

Martine was born in Jamaica and has been living in Jacksonville since March. In 1996 Martine graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health specializing in skin care. Then in 1998 she received her license to specialize in nails from the Margate School of Beauty.

Massage Therapist

Brian Carroll: Massage Therapist - Available Days (Wed, Thurs, Friday, Saturday)

Brian is a native of Jacksonville and graduated from the Heritage Institute School of Massage. He has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003.

Tramayne Thomas – Available Days (Tues, Thurs, Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2003. I graduated from Heritage Institute School of Massage.

Cathy Smith –Available Days (Wednesday and Ladies Nights 4pm to 8pm)

I have been a massage therapist for 3 years. I graduated from Sanford Brown Institute in Jacksonville, Florida. I have 40 hours of training in NMT training, 8 hours of Fusion Massage, 7 hours of Advanced Orthopedic massage training of hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow, and 4 hours of Prenatal Massage. I received massage therapist of the year in 2008.

Kim Eskuche - Available Days (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday and Saturday)

I was born in Hollywood, Florida and moved to Jacksonville when I was 2. I graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in 2003 and have been working as a massage therapist ever since. In 2006, I graduated from North Florida Institute as a Facial Specialist.

Lindsay Ketchum

I was born and raised in Jacksonville. I have been working at The Spa since June 2007. I am currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at the University of North Florida.

Nicole Grennan

I was born in Long Island, New York and I have been living in Jacksonville for the past 13 years. I have been working at The Spa since August 2007. I am attending the University of North Florida working towards a graduate degree in Physical Therapy.

Mallory Miller

I was born in Aurora Illinois. I have lived in Jacksonville for the past 10 years. I have been working for the Spa for 6 months. I am also a full time student at UNF pursuing a career in nursing.

Mary Harms

I was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania but grew up in Jacksonville. I am a wife and mother to 2 girls. I have been working at The Spa since December 2007.

Monica Powers

I started working at the Ponte Vedra Spa in April 2002 and then transferred to Bartram in June 2006. I am a full time school teacher and I work at the Front Desk part time during the summers and weekends.
