Please note your preference at the time you are making reservations. We cannot guarantee requests for male or female therapists, however we will make every attempt to honor your preference.

Q: Is there an age minimum for spa services?
Yes, spa services are designed for guests ages 18 years of age and over.

Q: How much prior to the appointment should I arrive?
15-20 minutes. Earlier if you wish to use the steam room or sauna.

Q: How long should I allot for each service?
The length of treatment will vary from service to service with 30-50 minutes being the average range.

Q: Are personal lockers provided?
Yes, attractive wooden lockers are provided for securing your clothes and valuables.

Q: Should I tip the spa technician upon completion of the service?
For your convenience, a service gratuity is automatically added. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion.
